ü Conduct cold calls and follow up calls with past customers to understand their hiring process and hiring needs.
ü Network with current customers to gain market share within their organization.
ü Cold call customers who have published openings to better understand their needs and the structure of their group.
ü Work with Management to establish a sales strategy to consistently achieve sales quota
ü Meet with clients to evaluate staffing needs, provide recommendations for consulting Solutions
